"Ai Photo Lab" is a mobile service providing a platform to edit photos and videos with AI in seconds.
Ai Photo Lab offers the following services:
Daily/Weekly subscription, which activates automatically upon confirming the subscription on the Ai Photo Lab mobile site (photo-lab.ai).
2.Conditions
This service is exclusively available for users in %country%. Users must obtain permission from their mobile carrier to use this service.
3.Service Description
3.a. Subscription
The subscription service allows users to access the Ai Photo Lab platform for editing photos and videos with AI. The subscription fee is %currency% %price% per %period% (incl. VAT) and WAP connection charges.
To join the subscription service and access the platform, click the subscription button on the Ai Photo Lab mobile website. Once confirmed, subscribers will be redirected to the platform.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless unsubscribed. Users can terminate their subscription anytime through their personal menu by clicking the Unsubscribe link. Ai Photo Lab reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time.

Postpaid users' costs will be added to their mobile phone bill. Prepaid users must ensure sufficient credit on their prepaid card for subscription and/or purchase.

Access to the Ai Photo Lab website via mobile connection (3G or 4G) may incur additional navigation costs, dependent on contracted rates with the mobile operator. Ai Photo Lab is not responsible for these costs.
6.Service Access
Only individuals of legal age and emancipated minors (over 14 years old) can apply for and contract Ai Photo Lab. Unemancipated minors require parental or legal guardian authorization, with parents or legal guardians being responsible for their acts. Ai Photo Lab cannot replace parental control, and the mobile phone line owner is deemed responsible for all effects.
Users must have the necessary resources (handset, software, internet connection) for Ai Photo Lab services. Ai Photo Lab may discontinue services for repairs, corrections, and maintenance. Temporary or permanent modifications to specific services or products may occur.
7.User's Liability
Ai Photo Lab is not liable for losses or injuries due to inappropriate use of the service beyond its control or caused by factors not attributable to it. Users must not misuse Ai Photo Lab services and must respect third-party laws, including trademark rights, patents, copyright, and other intellectual and industrial properties.

Ai Photo Lab is not responsible if products or services are not delivered properly due to issues not attributable to Ai Photo Lab (e.g., technical issues related to the platform).
